The technician listened carefully to what I wanted done to the vehicle and completed the work to a high standard. I appreciated that there was no attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs or services. Since the service, I’ve driven to Ballarat and back and the car has run smoothly. Very happy with the result. 👍

Almost $600 to replace a power steering runner hose that I explained to the mechanic was the problem so very little investigation required. $65 for a hose and fluid replacement and $500 for labour. Absolute joke and the invoice was totally vague no details about labour or length of time no details at all just a total ripoff that I will be following up through fair trade. Sort out your mechanics they are a joke.

Had routine clutch replacement done on my Nissan 370Z. I supplied the clutch they did the fitting. $1260. 7 months later clutch failed in traffic, almost causing a serious accident. Refused to repair the clutch unless I paid another $1260 service fee to replace a ‘faulty csc’. Blaming parts supplier. Who later found they didn’t install it properly. 2 days later clutch failed again ( csc). Wanted another $1260. Had to contact consumer’s affairs to get them to fix their shonky work. Case still on going. Use them at your own risk. 12months/20000km warranty means both if you supply the parts. They just blame the parts supplier if anything fails. Would give zero starts if I could.

The mechanics were punctual and professional. Everything was explained and backed up with a video. They were very thorough and pleasant to deal with.

These guys are great, they keep you updated on everything, promp response and service, good pricing and are always happy to answer any queries you may have.

For they have been a disaster, extremely expensive inefficient, ended up paying 1200$ with the engine smoked,gone,now I need my engine replaced for 4k. At least my experience has absolutely the worst. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible.
