Greg and Tracey were so helpful and the work was quick efficient and very reasonably priced. Our beloved old 1972 Kombi camper is humming along like new. Other garages in town refused to touch a 54 year old vehicle but Greg had the expertise to do it and do it right. Thanks guys.

I had my vehicle serviced here, and sometime later it developed an issue related to the area that had been worked on. I contacted them to ask about warranty, and they responded immediately, asking me to bring the car back in for inspection. While it wasn’t entirely clear whether the issue was due to a minor fault in the original service or something that occurred afterward, their team handled the situation exceptionally well. They were 100% willing to help and resolved the problem quickly and at no cost to me. I also really appreciated that Greg took the time to speak with me personally, explaining the possible causes of the issue and offering helpful recommendations moving forward. Overall, I’m very impressed with their professionalism, transparency, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend their services
Really happy with the service from Mark’s Mechanics. They did an excellent job on my car service and brakes, were honest about what was needed, and very reasonably priced. Refreshing to deal with a mechanic you can trust. I’ll definitely be back.
Finally a mechanic I can trust to do the right thing by not just me but by my car. Honest and priced well and they have the best Jelly Beans. I had purchased a 2nd hand Jeep in Febuary and the car had some minor quirks .....was not happy with the dealership Mechanics and so looked in the service book to find Marks Mechanics were the original mechanics. Lesson Learned always stick with the one who actually knows your car. I could not be happier. The car needed a fair bit of work, and the team kept me informed the whole time. My Beasty as I call her is now running like a dream and I could not be happier.
Do not go here. Waste of time and money. I booked in for a service and assessment after i hit a curb really hard, and felt like something was wrong. When I collected my car, they signed off on the service and just gave me a long list of things that "need to be fixed next time". No phone call was made prior to pick up identifying any concerns with offers to repair. They charged me $478 for this! I continued driving my car even though it felt dangerous. Just took my car to a new mechanic and they identified that two struts are incredibly damaged and leaking. The two front wheels were also out of alignment and wearing wrong. What a waste of time and money. Rip off.
