Empire Vehicle Services

Couldn’t be happier with the service. Honest, easy to deal with and the quality of work speaks for itself. The car drives better than ever. Highly recommend.

Great service delivered by ayden Thankyou so much for fixing my car on time .

Pricey and would avoid them if you can. Had been sending multiple cars there for services then discovered they had been charging for work not actually completed. Went in and spoke to Aiden about it who was actually not bad to deal with but when I showed proof they said they would get back to me and never did. Especially don’t go there if you want your air con issues looked at - told me I was up for a new compressor only to take it to a specialist on Bayswater rd who diagnosed the problem which wasn’t the compressor and saved me thousands.

Highly recommend. Fast efficient service, friendly staff. Would definitely use them again.

I came to Townsville to work for a week, and my work van needed attention quickly. The Empire crew got the job done within hours. Excellent

I needed my car AC fixed. The boys did a wonderful job fitting me in and doing the work. I would recommend Empire to anyone looking for a quality job.

Was recommended to see EVS by another workshop after developing some rather "interesting" issues with my Territory - so glad I did. :) But then I knew I was in the right place when the first thing I saw when entering their office was a dog. :) Cannot fault these guys; very happy, highly recommended.
