⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service I cannot speak highly enough of James from Mobile Mechanic Onsite and the outstanding service he provided when our ute broke down. At 7:00 pm at night, when many people would have finished work for the day, James went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was too much trouble. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to getting our problem resolved as quickly as possible. Not only did he assist us during a stressful situation, but he also organised the right person to come out and replace our key, ensuring we were back on track as soon as possible. His knowledge, dedication, and willingness to help after hours were truly impressive. Customer service like this is hard to find, and James is a credit to his profession. James was great to deal with and always kept us updated with how far away he was from attending. Although he was not able to fix the car on the day he diagnosed the problem that needed a dealer given it was a car computer issue. Very personable and trustworthy and followed up first thing on Monday with next steps. Highly recommended and will definitely use him again.
