This crew is the best. Always a pleasure to deal with. Always give good advice and information. Make a concerted effort to minimise costs while keeping the vehicle safe on the road. Highly recommend.
Needed a pink slip for my car, called up on Monday & spoke to Sofia. Got a booking the next day. Dropped the car off & it was ready in 20 minutes. Had a small discount too as I’m an NRMA member. Will be back next time for any checks or car servicing needs.

I was recently recommended to go to this business after being towed by NRMA. My vehicle needed a new clutch kit and I was advised it would take 2 days for repair. When I received the car back after being informed of the work completed I noticed that there was alot of vibration throughout the whole car. I did not have that issue prior to the car going in for repair. I had to return the car to Motorserve for further investigation a few days later. Over the 2 days the car was being looked at, I was given multiple conflicting reasons as to what was causing the vibration. The inconsistency of information provided zero faith that the mechanics knew what they were doing. In one day i was told I needed a new gear box and transmission, to the car having nothing wrong with it. For a near $2600 job i am very dissatisfied with the service and outcome. Motorserve came highly recommended and whilst they were able to look at the car almost immediately, i would never trust them with my car again. So disappointing.
I have no idea whether these guys are good mechanics or not, but today I saw one of their branded trucks hooning at well over 60 through the school zone in Coniston so I'd say it's entirely likely they're not very responsible people.
These guys take customer service to a whole new level. Sophia at the front desk is so professional but friendly, knows her stuff and treated us with respect and professionalism. We did not expect such good service and blown away as to how fast the job was done. Thanks so much.
