I had an unexpected issue on my way to work this morning, as shown in the photo. Quite panic and thought it gonna be tricky to fix with the exposed wiring. I walked in the store and asked for the help, expecting a long wait since I didn't make an appointment. To my surprise the staff fixed the problem in one minute without any hesitation. I am very grateful for how they responded, even though it was such a small no-profit job. It really made my day!

I was looking for a quick tyre repair whilst in the CBD, I narrowed down my selection to mycar due to its high google review rating. Despite they’re being multiple tyre and auto centres within walking distance, I choose this one. A quick call to their main number, Angus answered. He was clear, precise, flexible and honest. Despite them being busy Angus made time to help me out. Although my issue wasn’t a major one, I was still treated like a VIP. The cost of the repair was minimal, but the team went out of the way to make sure I was looked after. They were proud of the work and took the time to share the work they had done. Full transparency. Nothing to hide. Genuine care. The icing on the cake was that team loaded the tyre back into my car and wished me a good day despite still working away. Not necessary or expected but speaks volumes of the type of people working there.
