I was able to get my car booked in for a service at very short notice, which I really appreciated. The team was friendly, fast, and efficient from start to finish. I expected my car to be there all day, but they had it serviced and ready to go in just five hours, much quicker than I anticipated. Great service, excellent turnaround time.
Great place to get ripped off. Watch out for added extras. Went in for brakes which went from $290 quote to over $800 (disclosure, they did ring me to let me know I needed rotors fair enough) extra 200 for break fluid and got charged $50 odd bucks for 2L oil I apparently needed (wasn’t asked). Yes I have an oil leak. No I didn’t need 2L as I had topped up the day prior. I had to return because they overfilled 1L (4cm too high on dipstick). No I wasn’t refunded . Question skill level (or integrity) when you overfill 1L and charge for it. Poor form MYCAR. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate under that franchise name
Definitely one of the better places in Cairns for service. I went for a wheel alignment and tyres. Quick and efficient service with very competitive pricing. Highly recommended.
Would not recommend. Purchased a van and went for a service. I was told all tyres needed replacement due to worn threads. When I asked for more details as they looked in good shape to me I was told they were just unsafe. I didn’t get any of the 1500 dollars worth of quoted repairs and when going through the documents in the van afterward I realised the previous owner had replaced 2 of the tyres 9 months ago!! Looking to take advantage of backpackers in my opinion
Rang late afternoon to see if I can get one tyre replaced due to having a screw in it and thankfully they had a tyre and they said come straight in! They were very good fixed my tyre at a reasonable price and I also asked them to check my spare tyre which was ok .Kavi and his team were very helpful Thankyou My Car staff for your work.
