I'm precious about who gets to work on my car, but these guys did a perfect job for my wheel alignment. Right on time, finished before schedule, excellent work quality and even came in cheaper than quoted. Very professional. Highly recommend.
I have been coming to O’Neils Tyre & Auto at Broadmeadow for the last 2years. The customer service is exceptional. They take care of all the mechanic work on my Nissan Dualis, servicing, rego checks etc. I began coming to O’Neils at Broadmeadow because the mechanic I’d been going to for years had changed hands. They gave me a quote for some things needing repairing & when I questioned why the price on some of those items was significantly more than the price I was given by other mechanics they were not able to give me an answer. This is when I found the team at O’Neils Broadmeadow. They have always looked after me by ensuring the necessary work on my car is completed properly, while also being honest about what doesn’t need to be done. I’ve appreciated their transparency, reliability, and support to avoid unnecessary repairs or extra costs. One very happy customer!!!
They are one of the best mechanics I have ever worked with. They are honest, diagnose any issues accurately every time and make sure to explain it to me as well. Haven't had any issues with the work they've done on my Volkswagen! I will be returning to them for any issues in the future as well.
I had a great experience at this tire shop! I came in with a punctured tire that had previously been repaired at another shop, but unfortunately it started leaking again. The team here quickly identified that it was the same puncture and, to my surprise, they fixed it free of charge. The repair was done in no time, and the service was smooth and professional throughout. A special shoutout to Mavi — he did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to help me out. Truly appreciate his honesty and efficiency! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

Wow extremely impressed with the service from Louis and his team for a tyre replacement of a hard to find size (usually have to get them ordered in). Needed one tyre replaced after sidewall damage and they coincidentally had the same model in stock after a previous customer didn’t collect an ordered tyre. They stayed back on a Saturday to help replace my tyre, and checked all the other tyres on my request for sidewall damage. The main thing is these guys are REALLY honest and seem genuinely trying to save you money vs other places that will recommend things you don’t need to get more revenue. For example I was concerned about tread difference for my AWD but they assured me the difference was marginal and within allowable limits so I wouldn’t need to order 2 or 4 new tyres, even though I was ready to do so. I also asked about wheel alignment and they did a check free of charge and said I didn’t need it and gave me the printed report too. To top it off, their prices were the cheapest out of everywhere I called, and completely unprompted when it came time to pay gave me an additional discount out of goodwill and because they couldn’t return the single tyre to the manufacturer after the previous customer cancelled. Ended up paying $500 vs up to $700 quoted at bob jane earlier in the day for the same tyre (which they would have had to order in). Also, I told them how I previously had five tyres with internal foam that got nail punctures through the tread (I was living near a construction site) but no one was willing to repair the punctures because of the foam(I checked at 3 different tyre shops) - these guys said they could do it, it just takes a bit more work to cut out the foam and sand down the glue. The other shops clearly lacked expertise or were trying to sell me new tyres. Going to go here for everything from now on, even servicing, just good to know you can trust these guys to give you the right recommendations at the right price.
