I had a great experience with Rapid Tune. I was able to bring my car in the same day I called and was given a thorough quote by end of day. Work was completed very quickly. Sergi was great to deal with and explained everything clearly, and answered any questions I had. The team clearly cares about what they do. Notorious for Beamers - B48 platform, one of the bigger repairs in the books. Sergi and the team at Rapid Tunes Brisbane went above and beyond to take care of me. Their turnaround time was unmatched, clearly they had a plan of attack and they executed it flawlessly. Car was towed in on Thursday, back on the road Friday. Through it all, no details were left unmentioned, Sergi was honest from the very get and updated me throughout. It’s clear these guys here at Rapid Tunes Brisbane work by a different code. Highly recommend Rapid Tune! The team was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly, even to someone who doesn't know much about cars. I called in the morning because I was concerned my brakes needed replacing after noticing some unusual noise. They fit me in the same day, and I had my car back just a few hours later. What impressed me most was their honesty. After inspecting the brakes and taking the car for a road test, they explained that everything was in good condition and didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need. Took my car to Rapid tune after they were able to swiftly book me in for the next day and even offered same day if I was able to get there! Upon arrival he assured me he wasn’t going to undertake any unauthorized works (unlike most mechanics) and gave me a straight up answer with the issue and had a quote for repair sent to me the same day. When discussing options of getting the car to their shop if it wasn’t runnings and rather than make me get a tow and shell out hundreds of dollars sergi simply told me not to worry as he will swing by my place, give me a jump and follow me to their shop. AMAZING service wish I could do 6*
