0/5 stars... Avoid these guys at all costs! My nephew took his car in to get an oil leak fixed and slightly stiff brakes diagnosed. They replaced a rocker cover and notified us the vehicle was ready to collect in less than 4 business days. When my nephew arrived, he was told that the ABS was now not working at all (previously fine just stiff), causing a constant dash warning light, and if we book it in again... they could fix the issue. We didn't even make it to the end of his street before the vehicle went into limp mode and the engine warning light appeared next to the freshly acquired ABS light. We turned around, went straight back and Ky said he would get it sorted ASAP. We contacted them every few days for the next 10 WEEKS... They gave us mutilple generic excuses, didnt seem in a rush to get it fixed, went on holidays and even out of the country without ever giving an update on the situation. We ended up demanding a part (should have demanded whole) refund and I did the repair myself, at home.. ’m really disappointed with my experience. I brought my car in for an oil leak, and after four separate visits and around $4,000 spent, the issue is still not fixed. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I’ve made multiple attempts to get in touch and arrange another inspection and repair, but I keep getting ignored. Each time I do manage to speak to someone, I’m told they’ll call back to organise a time — but that never happens. At this point, I’ve lost confidence in both the quality of the repairs and the customer service. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend this much money and still have the same problem, with no proper follow-up or accountability. PL.

Geoff has been looking after my Smart for years, and has always been great. Car runs like a dream, even at 19 years old. We come from northern NSW every time, and it is well worth the drive to know that my wee beastie is always going to be well cared for by Geoff and his team.

Went in for a standard service. Customer service was great and the staff were really friendly. The only issue is that they didnt service my car... I was given my car back with no oil in it. I called them to discuss this and they blamed my PCV valve and were going to charge me to fix it because my car was "burning oil". Low and behold my PCV valve was working fine and my car wasnt burning oil. I filled it back up with oil and noticed quite a bad oil leak. Turns out they didnt put a proper sump plug on the car and it was pouring oil out the bottom of my sump. So I paid $400 for an oil leak and to be told my PCV valve was broken. Save yourself the money.
