Went to ask about an electrical issue. They were able to diagnose and repair my issue in 90 minutes. They were completely transparent and explained the issue and repair options before commencing. Extremely polite and engaging; made me an espresso! Would return.

Sent one of our fleet vehicles in for an urgent repair on our alternator. The team at Sydney hi Tec literally dropped everything to get a replacement and get my truck back on the road. Very well priced repair. Highly recommend these guys.

Not a good experience. I went there for the electrician to have a look at one of my doors and the radio, that were not working properly. They couldn't fix the problem and wanted to charge me $200 just for having a look at it. After questioning that, the electrician drop the price to $150. Still a hight rate just to let me know they could not fix it. Also, just after that, they explained the don't replace radios, which I think they should have explained since the beginning. Won't be back.
