Last week I called mitch from CPAE to ask for advice on how to get myself out of a pickle that I’d caused. Mitch was polite, respectful and friendly in an extremely stressful situation of owning a 10 year old European misbehaving vehicle who WOULD not improve it’s behaviour. He managed to find the answers on what needed to happen, Regardless of how annoying my car was (poor bloke answered my calls about 6 times in 8 days with a new hiccup) He absolutely excels in customer service & Although I hope I never have to see him again (respectfully) If anyone has an issue relating to auto electrics in the future, Going elsewhere would be a mistake.
