ATD Automotive

ATD Automotive was established in March 2025 and operates as a mechanic business in Wollongong. It serves customers across Wollongong, Woonoona, Corrimal and the surrounding region. Its team consists of qualified technicians with years of hands-on experience. ATD Automotive services all makes and models. It provides logbook servicing, brake and clutch repairs, steering and suspension work, tyres, mechanical repairs, diagnostics and roadworthy and safety certificates.

Travellers and local families alike describe ATD Automotive as a dependable workshop for routine servicing and unexpected breakdowns. Aiden, Guy and Shaun are named for their honesty and professionalism, with customers noting that options are explained clearly and a price given before any additional repairs proceed, so there are no surprises at the end.

A recurring theme is thoroughness: reviewers mention minor services, pink slips and inspections, tyre changes, wheel alignment and brake work, and one customer was shown a filter that had been replaced. The team's willingness to fit people in quickly stands out, whether for a pink slip needed at short notice or an alternator replacement completed within a few hours on an older vehicle. Jobs are finished when promised and customers kept informed throughout, a point that comes up often.

Jo is praised for her patience and helpfulness when booking, while Aiden's knowledge and advice give customers confidence that unnecessary work is not being added. A full clutch replacement on a van bound for Melbourne was handled from start to finish with exceptional care, getting the owners back on the road promptly. Fair pricing and a stress-free experience are described repeatedly, alongside the sense that this is a local workshop families trust with all their vehicles, from basic servicing through to repairs.
