I found a massive oil leak on my car, don’t know how long I’d been driving with it. I topped up the oil and drove to intune, who were very helpful and told me they’d take a look at it. They found the leak and repaired it within a couple of hours, so far (2 days later) it seems like it’s really fixed, truly impeccable service. The owner, I think, or main mechanic, told me he’d cut open my filter to check for metal shavings if I’d bring it to him. I changed my oil and filter the next morning and brought my filter to intune, he cut it open for free, truly kind and quality customer service. I was charged $240 for the whole deal, which honestly seems super reasonable. Quick notice, finding the leak under a dirty and oily car, and repairing it, cutting open the filter. I feel I got worth for my buck. Thank you! Only comment I would leave is that he charged 4 quantities of $20 to top up my oil. I’d topped it up myself and don’t understand how you add $80 of oil on a full engine. Before changing my oil in the morning I checked the level and the dipstick was completely wet, well above the max mark. So he charged me to overfill it. When I emptied the oil I took out about 10 L, where my car normally takes 8 L. Still, the money doesn’t bother me as it seems fairly priced, just don’t understand why you’d overfill it like that.

I took my car in after driving around with a shuddering feeling no other mechanic could diagnose for me, Blake and his team diagnosed the issue and fixed it as soon as they could. They were so friendly, My car now drives so smoothly! I am so grateful for the time they took, they also washed ot for me too! If you need someone to look at your car, I would highly recommend Intune mechanics .
Got blue slip done, was done quickly next day, but cost 2x as much as other places. $160 vs $80
Intune are the ultimate best in the Illawarra. Always have taken my cars into them and have always received true professional guidance and craftsmanship. Highly recommend.
