The staff on the reception did a great job, absolutely recommend!!
These guys were amazing. They helped me with an engine code and were super friendly. I would recommend seeing the guys here any time! 10/10 to the guys at MyCar
These guys are great. I had my car towed there when it just stopped and they fitted me in without a booking, found the fault, fixed it as well as they could by tightening a few things up, did a road test and then gave me a recommendation to a local auto electrician to get it fixed properly. And then they didnt even charge me!!! Cant get better service than that for a tourist passing through
Excellent service from the MyCar Wollongong team. I recently had an issue with my headlights, and the staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. They quickly identified the problem and got everything sorted efficiently. I was impressed by their honesty, customer care, and willingness to help. It's great to find a team that genuinely looks after their customers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable automotive service in Wollongong. Thank you to the whole team!
MyCar Wollongong were able to do a starter motor replacement for my car within a short notice of time, the car was ready to pick up within a few hours. Tim was super helpful with answering my questions and allowing me to get the car towed there a few hours early even before they could start. Highly recommend if you’re having car troubles and have no idea what to do!
Highly recommend this mechanic! Honest, reliable, and really knows his stuff. Tim explains everything so clearly. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust with your car, but Tim always goes above and beyond. Great customer service Will definitely be coming back!”
