I honestly couldn’t recommend Bob Best Mechanical enough. From start to finish, the customer service I received was exceptional. I was contacting mechanics all around Toowoomba trying to find the best quote for my car’s 180,000 km service. I was quite hesitant about who to go with because I was receiving completely different prices and different opinions about what should actually be included in the service. That’s when I contacted Bob Best Mechanical, and Ash was the one who responded to my emails. From the very beginning, Ash was incredibly thorough, patient, friendly and genuine. He took the time to answer every question I had and explained everything clearly. I had quite a few questions, and at no point did I feel like I was wasting his time or being difficult. Instead, he made me feel like my questions were completely reasonable and that he genuinely wanted me to understand what I was paying for and why. They also provided me with a very competitive quote, which made the decision to go with them even easier. When I dropped my car off, Bob himself was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The whole experience was just refreshingly pleasant. You can tell that these guys genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s not often you come across a business that provides such fantastic customer service while also offering such a fair price. I genuinely can’t praise Bob, Ash and the team enough. I’ll absolutely be going back to Bob Best Mechanical for future work, and I’ll be recommending them to my family as well. Between us, we have five cars, and I’ll be recommending that they take all of them here. Was told after service I didn’t need new back brakes, 2.5 weeks later my cars making grinding noises, took the back wheel off and brake and sore the brake pad completely warn and rubbing metal off the disk! Again I have been taken advantage of mechanics and trusted in them. I WAS told I didn’t need back brakes, my inspection of the back brakes and fixing them has proved I was taken advantage of because if they had of BEEN CHECKED like I was told and fixed I wouldn’t have had to do this myself! I will not go back here. I have replaced the brakes now myself.! Thanks for the extra work and stress! NOT BOBS BEST.
