Great experience with Cairns Auto Works! They took care of my vehicle super fast, and everything was repaired quickly and easily. High quality service, I highly recommend them!
The best experience of my life . The are the best mechanics in cairns, the helped me out to fix everything and the next day the car was rdady. The payment was the cheepest you can find for a engine motor problem of that situation , so 10 out of 5. Thank again Cairns Auto Works
Cairns Auto Works came to the rescue when my car needed urgent attention, they were able to fit me in quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.
Extraordinary service. At very short notice (11am enquiry) drove my car in for a RWC (same day service). Was calling my wife to come and pick me up. Was advised that pick up wasn't required as Ilya arranged to put my vehicle through. Was all done within two hours of the initial enquiry. Very grateful for the professional service from Ilya and the team of mechanics...thank you.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR A ROADWORTHY! Either this shop is a bunch of scam artists or they cannot read. They refused RWC for a small crack in the bottom of windshield and after being properly fixed by O’Briens, still refused. They referenced the QLD Inspection Manual and reckons it wouldn’t be accepted. After a quick search I found the manual and read the windshield part where it clearly specified that the repair would pass. Seems to be a common trend amongst the reviews for RWCs from this lot, I would highly suggest avoiding this business like the plague. Edit: The sarcasm and wankery of the owner’s response should give clear indication the kind of circus that is being run here.
Needed a late notice Road Worthy Certificate. Cairns Auto Works were able to fit me in same day to get it done. Ilja very helpful with process.
Guys here are legends. Especially Daniel- super knowledgeable and helpful!! Brought my car in for service and power issue. They were able to diagnose and service the issue within the afternoon. Bonus for having a comfy waiting area, chairs and even a little cafe inside. Also helped me charged my phone for the few hours I was waiting. They then explained each service to me, reasons for priority… what NEEDS to get done VS what COULD be done. Which is so appreciated for someone with limited car knowledge. Fair rates in Cairns. Thanks guys
