The guys are aboslute legends!! Had an engine overheating issue and within two days they had diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and installed it. Even after installing the parts they gave helpful advice for future care. The timeliness, care, and effort the guys had taken really showed. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a mechanic.

I’ve been a customer of city car care for 7 years and always have had great service. I took my car in today for a 200k service. The manager patiently talked me through what needed to be done, reassured me the issue wasn’t what I had thought, put my car through a full point check and service and cleaned my car for me. Highly recommend City Car Care and especially mechanic Ajay Pal for their outstanding work and honest service. I originally took my ute to another mechanic for a water pump and timing belt replacement, but the job was not completed properly and they eventually told me they could not fix the vehicle. I honestly thought the car was finished. Then I brought it to City Car Care, and Ajay and the team completely turned things around. They diagnosed the issues properly, repaired the ute professionally, and basically brought it back to life. They saved me from what could have easily been a $10,000 loss. The mechanics here are extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and take real pride in their work. Customer service was excellent from start to finish, and they even washed my car before returning it. I took my car to city car care for a service. I was reasonably happy with the work. But the next time I had contact with them, they behaved as though I had been critical. I wont go back.
