Tania was extremely helpful in fitting our Van in to replace the tail lights. The local van agent had quoted 5hrs labour and a week lead time to do the job. Future Adv Auto did it the next morning and charged 1 hour labour only. We were on the road by 9:30. Great service and did not rip us off like Main Event RV tried to do

We've had to call on Future Adventure Auto Electrical three times now, two emergency callouts and one planned job for caravan warranty issues, and every single time they've exceeded our expectations. Their knowledge is incredible. They diagnose problems quickly and clearly explain what's going on, which makes a huge difference when you're dealing with an emergency on the road. The end result each time has been absolutely amazing, honestly, our caravan's electrical system is now better than anything the manufacturer could have achieved. Absolutely A1 customer service, I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We pulled in unannounced with our 2025 model caravan in tow at approximately 930am after travelling from Victoria. We had two issues, DCDC charger not working and our 3000w inverter tripping out on 12v, rendering every power point useless. As we free camped on the way up we didn’t know if it worked on mains power. These guys could not do enough to help us, the DCDC issue was found to be tow vehicle side, this was fixed first so we could take our vehicle and have a look around town. Then for the rest of the day they worked through the inverter issue including getting in a 240v electrician as the inverter was tripping out on that too. They managed to isolate the issue to being a wiring problem inside the front wall of our van. We now have power to 2/3 of our van so we can continue our trip. Upon return to vic our van will be going back to the manufacturer for inspection and repair of fault in wiring inside the wall. Cesare and Tanya had our van all day, from the time we dropped in to well after closing time keeping us informed of things they found along way to the time it was right to be picked up, just so we could going with our journey. Thank you so much Tanya and Cesare, our appreciation for you guys and what you did for us is endless.
