Being an only female. Just be careful of RACQ suggestions shop around get quotes first. I trusted and should have been charged half the price on a job at this company by the owner. When Invoice checked by another auto electrician in Townsville.
Fast, reliable service. Great friendly staff. Honest and helpful with advice.
Fantastic experience with Shannon and his team. Had a problem with an unobtainium part for a good while and been to another auto electrician before I came across this business. Great service, they did everything they could to save me money first and got the job done faster than expected. Thank you so much.
ABSOLUTELY TOP MARKS!! I was recently in Bowen, 1500km from home, when the starter motor in my Mazda 3 expired (and it’s only 19 yrs/300,000km old) 😬. The parts weren’t available in Bowen, so I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I phoned around Townsville from Bowen, and after 7 rejections, Shannon’s Auto Electrical in Garbutt were happy to offer a same day service. I dropped the car off at 11.30am and picked it up at 3.30pm. All done - easy, peasy….no problems……and the total cost was VERY reasonable. I’m forever grateful and I cannot recommend the Shannon’s team highly enough. …..and I’m pleased I still drive manual cars that can be clutch started.
Top notch service! Shannon is highly knowledgeable and has done a great job on our vehicle! Highly recommend!
I had a minor issue that needed some quick attention and Shannon's Auto Electrical helped me out quickly and for a good price. Customer service was great!!
Have used Shannon’s for many years now and has always been a pleasure to deal with. Recently had issue with amarok and Shannon’s was able to sort the problem with quick turn around and having a dyno to tune tune amarok was added bonus. Thanks Shannon and Team.
