Great local business in Townsville, providing services as an auto-electrician. They also have a large range of batteries and even do 3D Printing. Worth checking out!
Huge shout out to Peter and the team. Golf cart had no forward gear on the evening before a tournament. Called Peter and he fitted us in first thing the next morning, the team fixed the issue promptly and we were set to go. Exceptional service from a local business, cant rate them high enough. Thanks Team Townlec
What a great company to do business with .would recommend to anyone. Well done ,should be more like them.👍😀
Had our FGX Falcon A/C repaired by Townlec 7 months ago. They did a great job. Then a couple of weeks ago it faulted. Took it back and they checked it out and found it to be a faulty relay. Replaced the relay and sent me on my way. No charge. Fantastic service. Their workshop is spotless. A great company. Use them. You won't be disappointed.
I would highly recommend Townlec. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Especially Wesley with his incredible attention to detail. Will be back again.
Abby, Pete and the team are a pleasure to deal with. Customer service is second to none and have gone above and beyond to help out with a difficult situation. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking Auto electrical/Golf buggy assistance or purchases. Professional, helpful, friendly and fantastic customer service which I find a bit rarer these days Thanks again guys.
We had an outstanding experience with Townlec Auto Electrical! Abby in admin was absolutely fantastic, she was incredibly helpful, gathered all the information we needed and kept us updated every step of the way during the transportation of my husband’s new golf cart. Pete also went above and beyond, taking the time to help us work through and resolve a few issues. Nothing was too much trouble and his support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Townlec Auto Electrical for their professionalism, communication and genuine customer care. Thank you again!
