We used this company when we were staying at Redcliffe Showgrounds. They came to us, which was really great. The boys were lovely, they cleaned up after themselves and they did a good job. It cost a little more than we thought, but it also took abit longer than expected. We had put a new canopy on our F truck and they installed the new solar panel and starlink to our portable battery and moved a few wires and plugs on the caravan. Pricey, careless and dont repair your air conditioning system here. paid 1750 for power windows and ac issue few months back now ac back to square one! lost my door accessory which now costs 250 to repalce!

Resolved an issue caused by Richlands Auto masters lack of competency. Extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful they were. Refreshing after my initial mechanics experience

A little disappointed - Contacted about installation of driving lights to my Triton. Supplied model number and light details. Hybrid said I should come in for inspection and give me a quote for time and so forth. I came in showed them my driving lights, the harness and the vehicle. Got informed all good and to assist if I got an extra small plug harness for the high beams would be all good. So arrived today with everything and told will get a call when ready. I get a call only find out the harness would not work apparently. I did not get a phone call to say they have found an issue. ( I could of had a conversation with the light supplier as I made my model number very clear to them ) Instead I get told it took longer and they had to purchase a new harness and this the priced had increased. Very disappointed not be called and the work just done. No one to take me though what the issue was when I arrived to pick vehicle up. So can not even check the installation. Also keep the harness I supplied at the start. I could send that back to the supplier for a refund. What I can see looks ok. Just disappointed no call, just done especially with a price increase after I attended and they checked for this. Could understand if I just came in and dropped off, but I brought it in for them to check everything and told all good and even purchased the extra harness for the high beams.
