A horrible experience. My car needed a new clutch, I was quoted worse case $3200 and this is what I paid unfortunately. What my real issue is that I was left with a clutch that squeaks, they obviously never lubed it when they installed it. Beyond that, they didn’t reconnect the oxygen sensor properly, we found the wires almost worn through a week or so later, it was left flapping in the breeze next to parts of the car that rotate. They didn’t change the gearbox oil, and charged me for it, they didn’t reconnect the engine earth lead, and clips and bolts were found missing. I was also left with a turbo leak,interestingly I didn’t have one before, so I guess they didn’t connect some hoses after mucking around with the gearbox. I regret sending my car here and unfortunately I don’t trust them to rectify any issues they have caused.

Ghosting a customer is never appropriate business practices, no matter wat the query! Specially when u shouldve advised the customer instead of taking something u kno u shouldve told the customer about.. its kinda like stealing 😢

Full service on my car. Pretty happy with the overall experience. Reasonably priced and car is running well. No problems, would definitely recommend.

Great service! When an issue was found at my usual log book service they were able to fit me in the following day & get the parts so I was safe for my road trip the next week. Gave an easy to understand well priced quote about the additional work.

Requested 160,000 km service on sons Toyota, They were very good, when i did not bring the vehicle in on the Monday (but my plans changed on the Saturday & i could not contact). They gave me a price for a log book service, but then did not change one of the filters. I also requested the right hand indicator dash light globe to be changed and inspect a knocking sound, also not complete. Unfortunately not a very good first experience with the business,

Took my hiace in for a full service also asking for brakes and wipers to be replaced, $350 and 4 hours later with no phone to say it was done. with only engine oil and oil filter done with no brakes or wipers fixed even though i was assured it would be done. A great lack of communication along with a receptionist with an attitude. I would give no starts if i could. Dont go here!!!

Very accommodating even last minute appointments. They're quick too so doesn't have to wait that long.
