These guys helped me with my furniture truck on my recent trip from Brisbane to cairns, I called them 200 kms south of Mackay for assistance.They responded quickly when I needed their services urgently, nothing was a problem , they got me back on the road in record time ,can’t speak highly enough of these genuine people , from the ladies at the front counter to the expertise out the back. The shed was easy to find, pricing was fair and the service was quick and efficient. PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS BUSINESS My experience with this business was horrible. It was fine while under old management. But then I got charged thousands for repairs that should’ve costed half of that maximum. Then after getting quoted another HUGE bill and asked why the answer was something on the line of “we like to leave room for the unexpected”. Then I requested an inspection in order to safely drive it out of the shop and again another bill that was over the top. When asked why the answer was “we gave you a used battery we had laying around for free so you shouldn’t complain”. I had to pay of course in order to take the truck away. Then on the same day while taking the truck to another shop, THAT BATTERY CAUGHT FIRE, burning all the electrical connections in the truck. When I informed the shop owner he was quick to dismiss any fault and didn’t offer to help in any way whatsoever, no refund, no sorry, nothing. Said I “didn’t give him much to work with” (seriously? After carefully explaining exactly what I needed and spending thousands) Long story short this business made me have a MASSIVE LOSS while profiting thousands. I’m putting together a formal complaint. They go by the name RDF Resurge now.

I rang this morning for a problem with my bus and was told I could bring it straight in. Within minutes my bus was fixed very quickly and sent on my way. The guys here were so friendly and brilliant. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be the only business I take my bus back to. Thankyou guys, I really appreciate what you did. Cheers.

We've had our car serviced here a few times as have my in-laws and never had any dramas dealing with the team. In n out with no B.S top job 👍

Travelling up the coast when we noticed the oil change light come on. Next town was Mackay, so we started ringing ahead with not much luck as we only had the next day there. Rang Stegrah and right from the start of the call they were helpful, took my rego and contact details and said drop it in at 8am the next morning. They had preordered the oil filter and were ready to roll when I arrived the next morning. Great professional business. Great prices also. Keep up the great customer service.
