Best mobile service on the GC fast friendly great service
Genuinly decent small business. I had arranged to have pre-buy inspection for a mini clubman, they were super helpful with explaining to me how they would assess the vehicle. Unfortunatley the buyer sold the car, a day before the inspection was due. Movin' was kind enough to refund me the money, which I am super grateful for!
Wesley was very professional, thorough and friendly. He was also mindful of the time that it was taking to complete the job. I had used two other mobile mechanic services beforehand to diagnose and to fix the problem and they both advised me that they would assist me in organising a tow truck to take my vehicle to their workshop in Southport, as it was an electrical fault. It would have cost me close to $1k for the tow and for the job. Wesley and his boss who was in the local area and kindly dropped in. Found the problem, fixed it at my house and for a fraction of what I would have paid with the other guys. Their business card is now placed on our fridge and I have their details stored on my phone.
Amazing service, I broke down on a job in Broadbeach and these guys had me back on the road in a couple of hours with the parts and explained the issues. Thanks guys
Multiple unreturned calls and messages left and no response. Terrible customer service or lack there of. Couldn't even obtain a quote. Went to ultratune in helensvale instead, they answered first ring, got me in the very next day, and completed my car in the time span of a workout (not needing to keep it for 8 hours like most mechanics) and were very transparent. Go elsewhere. Annoying when your car is 2 years overdue for a service and this guy can't even answer his phone or return a message 🤦🏽♀️
