S & G Auto Repairs

Quick turnaround and honest pricing emerge as the dominant themes across feedback for this West Wollongong workshop. A handful of customers describe being fitted in at short notice, including a traveller stranded six hours from home whose vehicle was repaired within ninety minutes, and a parent needing a daughter's brakes serviced urgently. Reviewers often mention fair charges, with no suggestion of being overcharged, and the two mechanics are described as genuinely hardworking and professional.

George is named often, praised for his helpful manner and for taking the time to explain what was needed, while his son-in-law Romi also earns specific thanks. Beyond brake work and general servicing, the team handles tyre pressure checks and roadside-style fixes, and one visitor recalls being offered a Lebanese snack on collection, a small gesture that stood out.

Communication before and after the job is another point that comes up often, with customers noting they were kept informed and that pick-up and drop-off ran smoothly. A Suzuki Swift service booked on the morning of the call is one example of the flexibility described. The workshop's unpretentious setting is mentioned alongside the quality of the work, with customers emphasising substance over polish. Kindness, speed and straightforward dealing define the experience.
