Massive thanks to the team at Newcastle Motor Repairs for helping me out yesterday when my car was struggling. They managed to fit me in even though they were already fully booked, explained things clearly, and made a stressful situation much easier. Very grateful for the help and kindness. The apprentice Jason was even nice enough to give me a lift home, which I really appreciated. Great service.

Highly recommend! They are very professional and helpful, Erika is great to deal with on the phone. They were clear about the pricing and didn’t try any upsells like some other mechanics I have encountered. Clear communication and very efficient. Always a nice feeling to have found a good mechanic!

Managed to get me in last minute on a Friday afternoon and fix the issue with my car within an hour! Awesome team and absolute life savers! Thanks guys

Awful! I sent my car in after a break down . The whole process took weeks and I was quoted over 1000 for the fix . After days of not hearing back about my car , I called them and I was told they couldn’t fix my car and had to send it to Mazda . After a day Mazda had fixed the issue and quoted me much less money than Newcastle Repairs . And I found the receptionist to be blunt and quite rude , and really bad at communicating. I had to call every time . Don’t waste your time or money here unless you wanna pay top dollar to not have your car fixed and be belittled over the phone .

As a female it’s hard to find a mechanic that you trust! I called Newcastle motor repairs for some advice on my clutch and they got me in on the same day to have a quick look. They gave me all the information I needed and charged me way less than expected! The team were so friendly and professional, highly recommend!! I will definitely be a returning customer!!

The service here is fantastic. It's always quick and I never feel fleeced afterwards. I'll go here until my car dies and then when I get a new one I'll take that too. An excellent business and I'm happy to be a customer of theirs.
