Been quite a few years since I had my car done but Rob did a great job, reasonably priced and very friendly. Think I'll be calling again soon.
I went to Rob's garage after my engine warning light came on. The day before, another mechanic had diagnosed the problem as being related to the fuel... but with the engine light still on and seriously doubting this diagnosis, I went to his garage in West End after being driven from another garage because they were full. Rob also didn't have any openings until the beginning of next year (it was December 10th), but he very kindly agreed to do a quick diagnosis and instantly found the problem (spark plugs and coils). He gave me a quote right away and replaced them the same day! The value for money was excellent, and Rob is also incredibly kind. Thanks again!
I've been a customer of West End Mechanical for several years now. Rob is a good and decent man. He is a personable bloke with a positive attitude, he is honest and straightforward, he is not condescending at all unlike so many other mechanics, he charges very fairly, and as long as he is in the game I will not be getting any work done on my car elsewhere.
