For me, this is exactly what separates one business from another—how they handle the tricky moments. Anthony, the general manager, listened carefully, checked in with his team, communicated a clear solution, booked it in, and had it all sorted promptly—right in the middle of the Christmas rush. While I was waiting, I observed countless small interactions that showed how well they treat both their staff and their customers. It’s not easy to run a large business with genuine heart, but that’s exactly what I saw at Action Autoelectrical. I highly recommend these guys.

Best auto electricians and mechanics around. I've been taking my trucks there for years. They are always very professional, consistent, knowledgeable and are always happy to help with emergency break downs etc. Great pricing and they have a legend crew of workers. I highly recommended using these guys as a one stop shop 💪

We had our timing belt, service, and thermostat and water pump replaced and the car drove perfectly upon leaving. Funny enough the battery decided to die a few hours later but I'm so grateful this team was able to get to me within the hour and replace the battery. We also had the electrics reset months ago in our van and it drove great. I do recommend this company, they're professional and found they were considerate to our needs.
Avoid at all costs!! Defrauded pensioners!! Took credit card details over the phone and charged over $400 for 1hr call out but Quoted $170 hr. Misdiagnosed the car distributer. Even the mechanic who came after the part was fitted was angry about the misdiagnosis. All this for blown fuse!!!
Just the best in the business. The shop may not wow you when you drive in, but boy they do fantastic work. These guys want to help people out and get them on their way. Liam and his team are super professional, I can’t wait to use them again.
