I cannot recommend this team highly enough. They are absolutely honest and saved me thousands of dollars. After being told by two other mechanics that my Mercedes needed new brakes, I brought it here for a third opinion. Instead of just taking the job, they inspected the vehicle and advised me that the current brakes easily had another 10,000 kilometres of life left in them. They even went to the trouble of putting the car up on the hoist to show me exactly what they were talking about, ensuring I understood the situation completely. To top off their incredible service, they completed my pink slip inspection and refused to charge me for it. Even when I insisted on paying, they wouldn't accept it. Fred and Rob are truly outstanding individuals who operate with genuine integrity and look after their customers rather than taking advantage of them. Thank you both so much! 🙏

Making this review to hopefully save anyone from an unnecessary price gouge from this company. I dropped off my car here back in January of this year, paying roughly $100 for an oil change on a basic 2006 Toyota Corolla, back when the guy who originally ran the business was named Louis. The service back then was reasonable. Fast forward to June, in need for another oil change and I was quoted $400! He listed a bunch of things my car “needed” that I didn’t ask for, including $180 for an hour of labour cost. Also made an excuse about the cost of oil going up since then, how does oil quadruple in price all of the sudden?? Oh and to top it off, when my car was in need for my green and pink slip last year, I went in for a quote to get my slip approved by this same guy here, and was quoted $2000! Luckily, I took my car to a different place which only quoted me $800 for everything I needed. The business has changed, lots of dishonesty now, and really hope other people can stay weary from this place, and save a fortune while doing so.

Took my car in for a routine service and was quoted >$2000 for additional “urgent” repairs. I declined and checked things myself. The items listed were either completely fine or not urgent at all. Would recommend getting a second opinion before approving large quotes here. Seems like another mechanic that takes advantage of people that don't know much about cars. Won't be coming back here

I had a panic attack as a warning light popped up whilst driving into work one morning and I had no idea. Rob took the time to have a quick look when I pulled in, and with a no fuss approach, helped out and sent me on my way.. Thank you so much Rob. Real life saver. 😄
