Matt is a gun of an auto electrician! And my angel of the day. My battery was dead flat after I ommitted to turn off the lights on Friday after a crazy week of spot fires and downpours. Another auto repair could was unwillingbto jump start my battery and had fitted a battery that was going to draw down (pun intended) my finances for a hot $350 which I was prepaired to pay to keep life on track - its been a big year already! Butt! with the change in battery the Sub did not like it so my "stolen" alert lights kicked in and could not be stopped even with erasing the codes. So, I chose to remove that battery (good choice) and was back at square one (1). Next, I scoured the listings and found a solo entry that was open on a Sunday!:BSA! Being keen to be organised for the week as im on probation in my new role at a local SHS and have another teacher that I give lifts to, I called it. Matt answered and, though he was on his way home he said he would come past and see what he could do.. - a flat battery is not a simple matter with Suburu's (Im coming to realise) and electronic-heavy cars, in general, I'm guessing. So short of it is that BSA! Matt! and Harry!!! were on their way. I'm so appreciative. Matt is definitely customer focussed with a work ethics thats impressive. Working on a Sunday, he's definitely hard working. Apart from ALL that, he's "good". He deduced and suggested that perhaps wires were wet. Spot on! There was moisture in the car on Friday and Id closed all windows. The Mackah humidity would not have helped..so, with car started, stolen lights flashing I went for a Sunday drive to blow the cobwebs away. Back home, After locking car up, I simply disconnected the negative terminal as Matt said. In short, I'll know who to call if I ever need a reliable, smart and hard working autotech master! Highly recommend this business, prompt service,excellent workmanship, I had a problem with the solar charger which needed resetting in my c/van ,Matt fixed it and fitted a 50 amp circuit breaker so it won't happen again .Thanks Matt

Matt was an absolute legend! Came out at 8pm on a Wednesday night to sort out some brake issues on our trailer. Super knowledgeable, professional, and nothing was too much trouble. He got us back on the road quickly and with no stress. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough to anyone needing reliable help!
Matt provides an excellent service. He ensured our caravan camera worked perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend him. Reasonable charge and was out to see us on a Saturday within an hour.
Had a a fault come up with some of the electrical components on my car the day of driving out to work, called it seemed every mechanic and auto parts business in Mackay with no luck. Managed to get ahold of BSA and ol mate was there within the hour working on my car. Got me out of a bad situation. Not only did he fixed the problem but also diagnosed the issue and rectified that aswell.
