Not honest, avoid them. They give out false quotes on the phone trying to get you in there, to then reveal the extra 'hidden' costs, hoping you're stuck with no options and just say yes.

Would definitely recommend. We are on a road trip and ran into problems with our Toyota Prado. No Toyota dealership within 500km could fit us in for 2 weeks for the diagnostic we needed. After a recommendation from our mechanic in Melbourne, we called and they were very helpful and squeezed us in. Great service - now we are on the road again 👍

Good mechanic. Clutch busted on my car had it towed there the next day. Fixed within 2 days and kept the communication up in the 2 days which was good. Well priced too. Definitely recommend.

Michael and the crew were awesome. Called last week to get a log book service, quoted instantly, came in today, they stuck to their word, were super honest and transparent, and didn’t try to blindside us. Everything you want in a mechanic. They had to order new spark plugs, came in same day, fitted by lunchtime. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely revisit.

Recently bought a reconditioned G6 engine and ok, not quite 1000kms since it was fitted by my local workshop, it is running well and has just had its running in oil changed and coolant added to the radiator as recommended by Gold Coast Auto as part of the running in process. So far no issues on the mechanical side. As to the customer service side, Ant has been really patient and most helpful right from the first inquiry to arranging the trucking for the engine after purchase, well backed up by Greg to the final part of the deposit refund for the return of my "broken original engine". I must note, their instructions on what one needs to do with a reconditioned engine after fitting were clear and totally corroborated by my mechanics. I would totally recommend this company and am sure, in the unlikely event of any problems, they will be accomodating and helpful.
