JJ’s garage is consistently the best mechanic I’ve visited. Their communication is 10/10 and their diagnostics are very thorough. They’ve looked after our ute through both niche and routine issues and it’s come out better every time. Huge thanks to Jack, Jossy, and everyone else working there. The work that Jack completed on my car was completed with a couple of issues that were to be looked at after the car came back from the auto electrician. Jack being aware of the issues said he would put it up on a hoist to confirm what the issue could be. When it came time to do this I was fobbed off and he suggested I take it to someone else. I am not writing this review about his workmanship but of his business ethics. In business being true to your word is what makes a successful business. The issue has been looked at by another business, it's a relative easy fix and the car is booked in with them. All I asked Jack was for you to be true to your word put the car up on the hoist as you had said and look, instead you chose to ignore it, and pass me off.

I've been looking for a good mechanic for years and I could not recommend JJ's Garage enough. They were genuinely helpful, honest, and provided excellent service. I would recommend them to absolutely everyone.
