I went to Martin's Mechanical Services a while ago for help investigating what was going on with my car, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. They were professional, honest, and took the time to properly explain everything to me instead of trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. It’s hard to find mechanics you can genuinely trust, but these people were fantastic. Highly recommend!

After trekking across the entire country, my MUX was in desperate need of some professional TLC. We took it into Martin’s Mechanical for a full service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The communication from the team was excellent from start to finish. They kept me in the loop the whole time, explaining exactly what the car needed after such a massive trip. For the quality of work they provide, the price was fantastic it’s rare to find such high-caliber service that’s also great value for money. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole process stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers' safety and vehicle performance. Took my daughters car in with heavy steering, ABS & Traction light on, no speedo, and a few other issues, fix in the day and at a very reasonable price. Friendly counter staff. Totally happy with the service and price. Will be using them again.

Happened to have car troubles at the wrong time but definitely in the right place! The boys over at tyrepower Mackay referred my vehicle over to the team at Martin’s and they performed a miracle for my little old car - mid 1000km road trip! Call it fate, luck or sheer coincidence, a job that could have well taken a week at minimum was done and dusted within 24 hours. A few days later I’ve arrived safely at my destination and without any further issues 🙏 I’m not a local to Mackay but if my car runs into anymore trouble, I’d sure wish I was. A massive thank you to everyone who helped get me back on the road - I could not be more grateful 🙌
