Great mechanics, timely, friendly, and not over priced. No waiting area or courtesy car/lift which is disappointing, hence the missing star.
Booked a vehicle in for a quote for repairs. The office person was rude and very abrupt on receipt of the quote I was charged a fee in excess of $400 which was not raised prior. Very dishonest
Absolute Legends, I cannot praise these guys enough. After the shabby BMW service, they have restored my faith in quality work. They replaced my 3G for 4G, are servicing my aircon and battery cooling on my BMW i3, they are EV certified and can handle BMW coding. They are proactive in finding cheaper and quicker parts Best of all they give a proper diagnosis and plan for work required. Thank you team, love your work. Ten stars.
I find this service the best EVER. They are accommodating when you need to reschedule or need urgent help. They seek out hard to get parts for a great price. They are thorough, trustworthy, give clear explanations and super friendly. I have been going here for years. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing customer service and complaints resolution. I was misquoted for a job, booked the job, the job they did was different to what I asked them to do and when I picked the car up was charged an additional 1/3 of the quoted price. Plus my car was damaged. With no explanation given. Management did not return call and was dismissive of all complaints with disregard to 8 years of customer loyalty to the business. If this is under new management I would give them a wide berth. Dodgy business alert.
