I can only comment on pink slips - Very quick and responsive when I left my rego renewal too late. I was able to book in and get a pink slip in a couple of hours. Service was pleasant and friendly.
Communication was nice but they didn’t find that the battery is failing in the pre-purchase test. Additionally they didn’t mention the shake in the wheel when slowing down on any speed which means probably front brake rotors that need possibly replacement. It will cost me around 800 dollars due to their lack of skills. It’s subtle at low speed and really clear on high speed. I am disappointed and would never recommend them as they didn’t do a good job spotting what they should be spotting as professional mechanic. Highly not recommended. They also missed to mention some hits to the van bottom and some rust on the van in different places. Really not able to do their job so highly highly not recommended. They told me they have over 100 item to check bla bla and they missed several important stuff

Absolutely amazing service. They fit me in for my pink slip today even though I was super unorganised and it had already run out yesterday. They explained all the issues with my car really clearly, worked hard to get me the best price and quickest fix, and were genuinely so helpful throughout the whole process. Really appreciated the honesty and communication. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!
