Went in for a major service. They asked for the payment on the third day. After sitting in the workshop for almost 2 months. Was still not able to even diagnose a problem. Do not recommend
Called them to get an engine oil change and general service and they did it quickly and beautifully. Give genuine advice on what's wrong with my car and just honest people. Would recommend this place to everyone going. Price also very cheap
Great service! He quickly found and fixed the battery connection issue that was preventing our car from starting. This was a Saturday morning. Highly recommend!
We had an issue with our car and received excellent help. He came quickly, was very professional, and immediately identified the problem. He took the time to help us on a Saturday, which we truly appreciated, and carefully cleaned the connection to fix the issue. He also explained everything clearly and in a reassuring way. After his work, the car was running perfectly again. What stood out most was his honesty, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile — there was no unnecessary work, just straightforward and skilled help. Thanks to him, what we thought might be a serious issue turned out to be a simple fix. We are very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing car assistance.
After popping the wrong fuel in our car on our way back to Cooktown from Cairns we got in touch with Phil. He made time for us and worked quickly so we could be back on the road that afternoon and heading home. We couldn’t recommend his service enough. Cheers Phil!
We found this workshop through some recommendations on Facebook and WhatsApp groups, and honestly, it was the best thing that could have happened. We arrived in Cairns with van problems and wasted time at two other workshops. One tried to overcharge us for work that wasn't even needed, and the other couldn't fix the issue. Then we called Phil. We went in for a diagnosis the next day, and he worked on the van that same afternoon. Phil was lovely, straight to the point, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Highly recommend this workshop!
Got the car looked at and fixed quickly. They explained everything in a way that actually made sense and were really friendly the whole time. Definitely felt like a place you can trust, not trying to overcharge like everywhere else. Highly recommend!
