Newcastle Service Centre Adamstown

Newcastle Service Centre in Adamstown was created by the owner of Newcastle Roadside Assistance, Andre. Andre was previously a Diesel Mechanic for a large mining company and held many Service Manager roles. Jacob Sheffield is the Workshop Manager, and he has over 10 years of workshop experience. The business services Newcastle and the Hunter.

It offers a full supply chain from roadside assistance to towing and mechanical repairs. Services include vehicle servicing, brake and clutch repairs, steering and suspension, e-safety inspections, radiator and cooling system, diagnostic scans, fluid maintenance, engine management, and fuel system services.

Friendly, attentive service is the theme that runs through the feedback for this Newcastle workshop in Adamstown, where a number of customers describe a team that is consistently ready to help and genuinely invested in the safety and health of the vehicles it works on. Reviewers repeatedly single out Werner, Lucy and Andre by name, with Lucy in particular remembered for her warmth at the front desk, while the mechanics are praised for explaining and quoting work clearly.

Communication comes up often, with issues talked through in depth before and after the job, and the same care is extended to fleet work, since one business owner has all four company vehicles serviced there. Customers describe servicing and rego checks carried out quickly, with bookings easy to arrange, and the pricing is characterised as fair rather than opportunistic. Long-standing clients note that the workshop remembers them between visits, and the tone across the feedback is one of a business that values repeat custom over a quick profit. Repairs, routine maintenance and safety checks recur as the mainstays of the work described, and the sentiment is consistently warm.
