Ultra Tune Mermaid Beach

Ultra Tune was established in 1979 with its first centre in Box Hill, Victoria. It is 100% Australian-owned. Since 1994, Ultra Tune has grown to become one of Australia's largest automotive franchise networks with more than 260 franchise centres nationally. Sean Buckley is the Chief Executive of Ultra Tune.

Ultra Tune Mermaid Beach holds ARC AU22199. Ultra Tune Mermaid Beach services customers from Mermaid Beach and surrounding areas including Mermaid Waters, Broadbeach, Gold Coast, and Surfers Paradise. Ultra Tune Mermaid Beach offers an early/late key drop box for customers who cannot make it during business hours.

Mermaid Beach drivers have placed their trust in Ultra Tune Mermaid Beach for years, and the names Brad and Steve surface repeatedly in accounts praising straightforward advice and reliable workmanship. Air conditioning regassing, battery replacement, interlock servicing and general mechanical repairs all feature among the jobs described, and a familiar pattern runs through the feedback: a call comes through before any extra work begins, so nothing goes ahead without the owner agreeing to it first. Reviewers mention that jobs are completed when promised, including one who never waited beyond half an hour for a monthly interlock appointment, and that the final cost matched the figure quoted in advance.

Owners of a Porsche, an HSV and a transit van describe the team finding ways around parts shortages rather than passing the problem back. Explanations are given in everyday language, something several customers single out after struggling elsewhere to have repairs made clear to them, while breakdown situations are handled with patience and practical guidance. Regulars returning across more than a decade report the same friendly, dependable treatment each time, whether the visit involves routine servicing or a sudden fault.
