In the past they have even shown me parts they have had to replace, old part then nee part so I knew with confidence it needed replacing & not just saying it just to get extra money. They are reliable & consistent in informing me when services etc are due. Love them & will not go anywhere else.
I have been going to this mechanic for years. I never worry about being charged for things that aren’t needed. Mel in reception looks after you and provides reminder txt and calls when the car is ready. They genuinely care about the customer and the service they provide goes above expectations.
Fantastic service, workmanship and cost! I had a booking for a service and rego check on a Tuesday. When my circumstances changed, I phoned them at 11 on the day before. They said it was okay to drop off the car and they may start the work. They later called regarding new tyres which I approved. At 1.45pm, I received a second call. The car was ready. I am blown away by their response and workmanship. The total cost was also a great surprise! They provided service beyond my expectations and I highly recommend them
Mel and Scott are both very friendly and skilled. Mel makes things easy when she books in my car & Scott always does a great job servicing it. They communicate well and is fair with pricing and ordering parts. I highly recommend taking your car here for a service or road worthy etc
The team at 1st Choice ordered my tyres and gave me a time to book in. They were fitted and wheel aligned with no issues at all. They gave me a report on some things that need to be repaired over time. Great service, good prices and kept me in the loop. Highly recommended
The team at first choice are great. I used to take my van to Toyota but since going to first choice it’s saved me a lot of money and the workmanship and service are top notch. Nothing is ever a problem here. The new pick up and drop off service is great too whilst your car is getting repaired.
