Waco car cooler suddenly not working. Called in on spec. Busy time before Christmas but they fitted us in, identified and fixed problem. They always make time if possible and give good service. Highly recommend.
I do not recommend this business. The solar system in our caravan was not functioning, and Paul from A-Lect was unable to resolve the issue. After Redarc contacted Paul to explain the problem, he maintained that the system was working correctly and that no fault existed. Although Paul offered to revisit the issue, he never arrived for the appointment—no phone call, no update, and no apology, which I found unprofessional. The system has since been successfully repaired by Amped Auto, who were punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Five stars for Amped Auto; Zero stars for A-Lect.
I am from WA. Just had a electrical failure on my Redarc BMS Tried to get help from several places in cairns and nearby Eventually got on to A-Lec and Elysia. Absolutely outstanding service. Had the part Confirmed that was a possible issue. Then gave me alternative ways of getting it to Tully Been a long time since I’ve had service like this . !!!!!!
Had to stop in and get my AC inspected after travelling from Mt Isa. The guys got me in at 8am (same day) and fixed the issue within 45 minutes. Genuinely great people who didnt stab me on the price.
I'd like to give A-LECT a 5 star rating for the service we received today .We had a faulty starter motor on our Mercedes Sprinter ,we turned up first thing Monday morning and they had us back on the road that afternoon, we were lucky that another car that was booked in cancelled out and that provided the time to repair our van.We aren't local to the area,we're visiting QLD from out of state . A-LECT diagnosed what the problem and gave us a quote for the repair ,once the job was finished the bill was less than the quoted price . They also sorted out another wiring problem we had with the van. Thanks to the team at A-LECT really appreciated your help. Regards Adrian and Rosemarie.
