What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Described by several reviewers as a local, family-run workshop, this Varsity Lakes business is mentioned for logbook servicing, pricing that matches the original quote, and a pick-up and drop-off service.
One reviewer notes a tail light bulb was checked and fitted at no charge when it didn't immediately resolve the fault, with a follow-up repair completed at a reasonable price the following week. Based in Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast, the workshop is described as transparent about which issues need attention now versus simply monitoring for later.

I just dropped in 30 minutes before closing to see if they could reattach something to under my car and before I knew it they had my car up on the hoist fixed what I needed and didn’t charge me anything to do it. Incredibly grateful
Have had my car serviced by Varsity Lakes Mechanical for the past several years. Have been very happy with all of their work. 100% recommend.
They were great in servicing my honda civic, i could feel the upgrade in my drive when they were done. Timely, great communication, and fair pricing. The only thing was i had to go back to get my logbook stamped but they were apologetic and accomodating. Would definitely recommend!
Great experience with Varsity Lakes Mechanical. The team were friendly, kept me updated throughout the service, and the final price was exactly as quoted. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and they had my car ready earlier than expected. It’s great to find a local family-run business that provides honest, professional service. Highly recommended.
