BEWARE OF FACEBOOK SCAMMERS. I responded to a Facebook advertisement for a part for my Toyota that came from cloned and stolen pictures and reviews from this company. I Made a bank transfer for $350 and was told they never received the money. Both my bank and there bank assure me the money arrived in there account. They no longer answer my messages or calls. After contacting the actual owner Paul by phone I tried to point out to him what was occurring on Facebook and that it will continue until he is able to make a complaint to them and have the fake accounts removed. Also that he contacts the Commonwealth Bank to have the fraudulent bank account closed. Unfortunately he didn't want to listen and only wanted my review removed!

My second time with NQ mechanical. Paul is a legend, super nice bloke who does his best to consider unnecessary costs to the client. I’ll return in 6 months!

Excellent service. Extremely thorough checks everything on the vehicle. Customer service is amazing as well. So respectful and understanding and goes out of his way to help you. I'd definitely recommend this mechanic any day of the week, ill definitely be a regular customer. Had my first ever service and he was so understanding and went over everything in the vehicle definitely put my mind to rest.

We called in the morning to change the oil and filter in our car. The mechanic took us straight away and the car was ready in 1h/1h30. Plus, we had our accessory belt making a shrill noise due to a poor adjustment and he carried out the repair free of charge simply after hearing the noise when we dropped the car off in the morning. It's a very professional and passionate garage! You can go there without hesitation.

I’ve recently had Paul fix up a couple of things on an old car I purchased for a second car a few months back. I just wanted to leave a review because good honest service shouldn’t go unmentioned. It is reassuring to know that you have a mechanic you can trust, who doesn’t over charge / offers fair and reasonable pricing. I have found Paul to be very helpful and accommodating as well. I half expected there to be a few issues with an old car, but Paul has only fixed what needed to be done. I really appreciate his thoroughness and honest service. Would definitely recommend Paul at NQ Mechanical.
