I was involved in an accident recently and to my blessing Lachie from Off the Wall Automotive was there. The customer service was exceptional and he made sure everything was dealt with swiftly and went out of his way to help me out late at night. I highly recommend Lachie and his team for any automotive needs. Truly above and beyond.

Wanted to thank Gavin, the towing truck operator, for his great job and professionalism. He was experienced, efficient and made the whole situation much easier. I would have appreciated the office guy being a bit more aware of the procedure and the type of car involved, as it turned out we didn’t need a locksmith to get the car safely onto the trailer after all. In the end everything worked out really well, the solution was simpler and less expensive than expected, so I’m quite happy overall.

I had one of the mechanics and a tow truck guy from here show up when my car broke down and they were so helpful and kind and went out of their way to help me out in a tough spot. I was really impressed by their professionalism and care and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

First time I've been to Off the Wall Auromotive and they are now the only mechanics I will use. They quoted me $1000 less than another quote, went above and beyond getting my car in and fixing it in a day. Support a local business that supports locals.

went in with a brake light issue which i had caused myself by putting in the wrong bulb last time. the guys tried there best to sort it out but weren’t able too today as the part that needs replacing from me breaking it wasn’t available, they helped me order the part required and said to bring it in once it arrives and they’ll be able to sort it out nice and quick. did have to wait a while but i can understand it as they clearly work under the pump and have had heaps of business lately. the boss even gave me one of there stubby coolers as a sorry for the wait. absolute legends, would highly recommend, ill be getting some proper 4x4 upgrades from these guys 100%!
